“Simple and Cost Effective Cross Country Car Shipping”

I needed to ship my car from Carlsbad, CA to Alexandria, VA. After researching many options, Montway seemed like the most cost effective and trustworthy based on its many good reviews. The best part for me was that the process was simple. I booked them, their sub-contractor showed up and took the car, and the car arrived in VA no problem. I didn't have to jump through many hoops.

I can't speak to customer service because I did not need to use it. I did, however, need to adjust the delivery date. The subcontractor was going to deliver before the window of time I had originally told Montway I was available. One call and Montway handled that for me no problem.
