Am a very old biker. Phoned Hagon last week for info about twin shocks fitted to my R75 BMW Sidecar outfit leading link forks. Fella I talked to had superb knowledge and patience. He must have been on the phone 15 mins at least, and diagnosed my problem. I had shocks upside down, which on these type gives no damping. I have corrected problem and are working fine now. Could have sold me new pair easily, but I am hoping this company benefit more from their honesty & helpfulness. I have other machines which are due new suspension units, and would not go anywhere else after my experience. I hope my experience will also guide others. Thanks - breath of fresh air in modern times .
