I manage a team for a franchised Vauxhall group partially owned by the manufacturer in Gloucester (Baylis). We received a call from you asking for one of our vehicles, the car has been off sale with no correspondence from your company with the invoice. the calls we have made have not been returned, and low and behold apparently the customer has cancelled. you do not belong in the this profession with aging stock and messing dealers around. we will not be supplying cars through you anymore, and the manufacturer will be informed.
