Booked 1 tire change for one o'clock. Arrived at 12.55, handed keys over at 13.05, 13.35 says as it is a Range Rover with air suspension he doesn't know how to lock it off to jack it up and needs to wait for service manager. Wheel finally off at 13.45. It's now 14.09 and new tyre and wheel still not on. Finally finished at 14.20. Will be looking else where for my types in future.
