“Took forever and a day ”

Our remortgage process with this company began in mid April of this year and has only just been completed mid September !!!!!!! Almost 6 months to achieve a simple remortgage that normally would take 6-8 weeks with any other lender.... unbelievable!!!... the lender was in my opinion so picky with the information that they required to process our application so much so we almost pulled out of the whole deal. I feel DDF could and perhaps should of pushed our case with a lot more vigour than was shown regarding our case.... to say we are disappointed with this service/outcome is an understatement!!
