I spoke to three different people at the call centre. the first I spoke to could not be more disinterested, he was mumbling that much that I could barely hear him and he just couldn't be arsed to talk to me. the second was ok'ish and the third was very helpful and cheerful but non of them managed to help me get the time I needed to fit my windscreen change into. it wasn't until I spoke to the windscreen operative that everything was sorted. he was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I had a massively busy day and the person I dealt with made it a lot easier. Hisvwork was also spot on and quick but I get the feeling if my window was a pain to get out or if any other problems arose, that the call centre staff just didn't prepare me for it and expected it to be done just as fast, luckily he did prepare me for the worst.
