“Non-existent customer service”

We've used Sequence for our property management and they are one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. It took us six weeks to get a response from our property manager, and when we did finally receive a response, it was informing us that we had a new property manager. The new property manager lasted 13 days before his email address no longer worked and we were asked to submit our email to a generic email address.

We will be serving notice and terminating our agreement with Sequence - they are to be avoided at all costs.
