“If only I had read the reviews”

I must say it has been some time since I have had the displeasure of dealing with such a uselsss company, I would say only BT could compare. I have been waiting since Wednesday for a delivery of food which I am donating to a dog charity, today alone I have called a dozen times all with the same stroppy staff not reply or putting me on hold for over 15 minutes at a time. At one point today I was told that their delivery company who are fed ex and also probably the worst delivery company in the uk had just delivered on my street and that I was the next delivery, that was 2 hours ago...Just called and their offices are now closed.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL

DO NOT USE, This is the first time I have ever left a review in my life but they are so awful I felt I had to say something
