“never claimed before”

Bailey is our third dog, yet never had to claim before, but Bailey a twice rescue dog, became unwell after we had him for about 8 months. I had been recommended Pet Plan, and found them exceptionally helpful to a novice like me. Nothing was too basic to ask, and was always dealt with fairly and politely. My claim was dealt with professionally and punctually. Nothing to criticize.
