Friendly, professional helpful service. I was particularly impressed with the advice and suggestions offered which ensured we chose the right arrangement and gift for our very elderly mother's birthday.

It was also especially nice to receive an email with a picture of the flowers and the beautifully wrapped chocolates and card.

Given that we live in France it was so nice to find such a great and reliable service and we will definitely be using them again.
