“Hopeless!”

We were recommended to use Chorus Law for our father's probate by Barclays Bank. From the beginning the work has been slap dash with countless mistakes. For example, missing one of the 3 beneficiaries from the will, arranging to transfer the house to the wrong party, and the list goes on. When we call to try and sort out the mistakes or make some kind of progress we rarely can speak to the appropriate person, so wait for a call back that doesn't happen. Originally we were told this fairly simple probate would take up to 6 months. It's been 10 months now and we are still not there. In fact we are in despair! They are not able to deal with conveyancing so the property matter has been passed to a different law firm with completely wrong instructions.

They have already taken their fees from the value of the estate, with the work incomplete.
