“Just ignore A problem do not respond”

Well where would you start, how about bought a 3PC licence from there store installed onto one pc tried to enter on another PC, came back with maximum users. contacted them waited 2 days no response contacted again got a response explained the problem again. said they would contact suppliers 1 week past no reply tried contact again still no response. Have tried a number of times totally been ignored. Three weeks later contacted the magazine a week ago guess what still no response.
