“After sales and fitting abysmal”

Very good on the sales side of things. Took our order then it was downhill all the way. Had to chase them to get a suitable fitting date, that took us three days to get sorted and only after many phone calls and a threat to cancel.they even have the cheek to charge us 50 pounds for scheduling their own fitters.
I cannot imagine a more stressful transaction than the one we have just completed with CARPETRIGHT of HULL
