“Excellent Service”

Recently purchased an engraved bottle of Chase Vodka as a gift & it's perfect. The service we received was excellent & efficient and the bottle arrived within the timescale they specified. I had a query that they responded too and we're extremely helpful, couldn't ask for better service.
I was surprised at the negative feedback I've read as I found Prestige Drinks to be excellent and would recommend them.
