Bought 2 Ed Sheeran tickets , T Mobile Las Vegas August 2017 for great seats. Travelled from the UK , was a birthday present and that's what makes this even more disgusting .
Arrived at Arena only to be sent away as people already in our seats.
We paid £1302.19 for these seats . The staff at the Arena laughed at the fact they were sold by VIVID due to their poor reputation. Had to purchase 2 more tickets for standing room only at the back top of Arena from the Arena Box Office .When we got to the designated area where the tickets referred to we were told by staff those new tickets were now also invalid as no such area. We refused to leave the Arena .DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE PEOPLE .When challenged by our Credit Card company they rebuke this but sending the original confirmation of the order to the credit card company .The fact was they had double sold those tickets. These are facts .
