“Shocking company to deal with”

Whilst on holiday recently my father in law sadly passed away on out first night. Cause of death was simply natural causes as confirmed by the local doctor. We had local cremation costs plus other expenses incurred. Staysure refused to except this statement and requested his medical history. They subsequently declined the claim due to a medical condition from 20 years ago which he did not disclose and of which his entire family did not know about.
You need a full lifetime medical report from your GP before even thinking about dealing with this company.
