“Terrible Customer Service”

As I had problems initially ordering on line I phoned direct to place order. Order did arrive on time but noticed a little later that I had been charged twice. After numerous times trying to get through (phones just ring for ever) a refund was given. After 2 weeks I checked again but still over payment not refunded back to account. I phoned again but passed on to some very rude people. They advised me that it had been refunded. Waited few more days but no refund issued. Phoned today..After taking about 8 mins for the phone to be answered I spoke to a more informative and polite lady who actually checked the situation and refunded my over payment. Human errors are made but a little customer service goes a long way.
