General Comments
Recently visited the Birmingham Store to take my Macbook for repairs under warranty. Everything was very organised and you were welcomed as soon as you walked through the door. I was made to feel reassured by 2 staff that I will be attended to shortly and to ask if I have any questions. They were extremely busy giving advice to other customers, but still made sure and checked on you to make sure you were ok. Only had to wait a max of 10 ins to be seen.

The technician Alistair was very professional and knowledgeable and did his job offering a first class service explaining everything in detail about the repair, what they are going to replace and when it will be ready for collection.

One of the highest levels of customer service I have come across and other companies should use their approach as a benchmark. Excellent.
