“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - NO COMPLAINTS PROCESS OFFERED”

Dear Sirs,

Firstly i would like to say how disgusted i am with the extremely poor level of service which i have received from a lady from your customer services number, i have been an extremely loyal customer for over 25 years after telling me that it was my fault that two payments of 66.35 was taken out by asda for my shopping and that i cannot speak to a manager who did not want to come to the phone, i couldn't even or log a complaint - I have been charged twice for the same transaction and i am now being told by Asda that it i have to go without my money its not there issue.
I will also be contacting my local MP and the local newspaper as i believe from reading your reviews that this sort of behaviour/practice is quite common.
Very unhappy - not what i expected from ASDA, now lost a loyal customer, not that you will care as you have plenty others to do this to.
