Bought 2 illumino sofa's and 1 chair,experience in show room couldn't fault staff very very helpful, friendly, not over powering, and advise brilliant. Hadn't actually seen my sofa's as one in showroom was a corner sofa and not colour we wanted so chose colour from sample's, my sofa's were delivered on a date that suited me by two very friendly guy's who put leg's on, assembled very well and took all packaging away, I am over the moon with them there drop dead Georgous and made so well, no cheap stuff they look amazing! Thankyou DFS from start to finish so glad we shopped with you
