We purchased a 3 & 2 seater 'Lincoln' leather recliner sofas - after less than 3.5 years the leather is peeling in a number of places due to poor quality (& the leather is only 1-2mm think, glued to fabric - very cheaply made, expensively sold ???).
I contacted Harveys who have totally fobbed me off, saying I have to get an independent survey at MY own cost (£150+), they will then get one of their own 'specialists' to also review (more hurdles and being fobbed off, why?..), and if, only if, you get through these hurdles they may - (or likely may not..), consider repairing - unlikely.. The chances of getting through these hurdles appears extremely remote and after totally wasting £2k (???), we're not throwing even more money at these people. We previously had 2 leather sofas from Argos, £500 for the pair in a sale - much better, lasted much longer (sold in good condition after 10 years) - never, never, never going back to Harveys - totally overpriced, sub-standard !!!
