“Insurance Claim”

Very prompt service in response to my claim.
Got our rescue dog on the 11th May and insured on the 12th.
Took her to the Vet for a check up on the 1st July to find she had periodontal disease which required a teeth clean which was done on the 8th August. Submitted a claim following a discussion with Pet Plan which was paid in full on the 25th August. Our dog came from Romania and there was nothing on her Pet Passport to indicate a problem when she had her fit to travel Vet check in March. So, a very big thank you to Pet Plan for their positive response.
