Having recieved champagne flutes for a wedding present, the gift box I ordered was missing. On telephoning I spoke with a girl who laughed, refused to refund the next day delivery because I had recieved my order. But I still have to wait for the gift box to arrive in four days time. Six days to wait for a complete order is not next day delivery. But a refund was refused by the person I dealt with. Also I have a delivery note for somebody else in the package, so somebody will have my personal details, which is not acceptable to me. That has breached personal data protection. Seemingly all the managers had gone home when I called, with just this lady left in the office..
