“No reserved seats!”

Booked through Travel Republic and paid £90 for reserved seats which was not passed on to our flight provider Thomas Cook. No record of our seat bookings with Thomas Cook - very poor - we had to sit in different seats at the very back of the plane with no leg room. Been advised to book directly through Thomas Cook in future!
