“worst car hire experience ever”

we always book our car rental through Ryanair and are usually very satisfied. On this occasion we experienced much hard sell by the car hire company trying to sell their insurance etc etc. We were also charged for a change in drop-off time ( still within the 24 hour rental period but different to the time given at the time of booking)which we advised them of!!
True to form they charged us EUR191.00 for a tiny (3 mm) scratch on a door that we were not aware of causing and didn't see when collecting the car late at night.
