“Wish I hadn't Bothered: Nightmare ”

Firstly sales patter very good. Ordered kitchen and they delivered it but lorry drove over my lawn and my neighbours lawn causing significant damage. Driver never stopped and drove off. Wickes Kitchen fitters were left to fit kitchen as my wife and I were working. Treated our Kitchen like a building site toilet had to be cleaned twice as they obviously missed the pan. They were sawing wood in the house which was covered in dust. They dragged our wine fridge across the floor damaging our terracotta floor. Fitter also drilled a hole in the cupboard for cables where the hob was going. Only problem was it was being fitted in cupboard next to it so now I have an additional hole in one of my cupboards!

Parts were missing and had to be re-ordered. My wife had to arrange for the kitchen fitters to come back as the installation manager wouldn't return calls or Text messages.

All in all a disaster and wish I hadn't bothered. Will not be buying anything from this bunch again
