“Shipping needs work. ”

I was very interested in two titles that the site had, so I decided to give them a shot. The prices were very reasonable and I've heard of them before so I figured it go smooth.

First there was a weird, order, but need to confirm or it's not ordered. Then after that was handled, I waited. Not the longest of shipments, I do understand it was coming from across the ocean. So today I received the titles.

And here is my issue. Both books were damaged upon arrival. The spines have several spines dings from shipping in a easily damaged box. Only one of the two even had a board in the bag. This is way below the standard a true comic company should have.
