I picked and paid for tickets with vividseats.com. The tickets that were delivered electronically were not the same ones I paid for.
I called customer service immediately. The agent agreed that they did not provide the tickets I paid for, but said that the customer service terms I agreed to allowed them to substitute any tickets that they decide are comparable, and in that case the customer has no recourse. I politely asked for a refund since I did not agree that the tickets they provided were comparable to my satisfaction, and was told that whether I agreed with the changes they made to my tickets didn’t matter.
I would use a reseller that guarantees that you get the tickets you paid for. I could have bought the tickets I received for less on their site. It seems like a ridiculous process when you select a specific section and row and decide how much you’re willing to pay based on that information, and then the company can give you any tickets they want to get rid of, and the customer has no resource. Ridiculous.
