“Brilliant customer service”

The operator who served me has done so for a number of times and he is my preferred CSA. He helps without taking offence to anything. No boredom or irritation in his voice when he is serving. He helps until the problem is solved. He calls back when line gets cut off. He calls when he promises. He asks if you enjoyed your trip. He wishes you well when he sells you a travel ticket. He has made your company my first port of call when I want to fly. Great guy.
