“Absolute joke of a company ”

Was given £250 credit and needed a new wardrobe so ordered one with delivery cake to £247 took down my old wardrobe which was falling apart anyway as the new wardrobe was coming in 2 days, waited 2 days and nothing. Checked my account and the order had been declined for no reason, phoned up and spoke to someone they said they just needed to do some security checks to make sure the order was real...ok then? She said now everything has been confirmed I can re order. Went to re order and the wardrobe I originally ordered had gone from the system. Ordered a new wardrobe and it was declined AGAIN then my credit was taken away? Phones up and was hung up on FOUR times which put me in a very bad mood finally got through to someone who basically said we have decided not to give you any credit. So I have been dragged along for over a week promised this and that, told everything was fine, got rid of my old wardrobe to replace with the new one to be told to f off basically. Absolute joke of a company, false promises, customer service is beyond bad, half of them couldn't even understand me! I had to tell one of the 4 people that hung up on my to take my customer number as she was trying to solve my problem without my account. Pathetic
