Contact mostly by email. If you phone it's often an answer phone message. Premium rate phone number. If you email, it states 24 hours to get back to you.

Totally disorganised office. No contact to say of any issues unless you contact them. Then finally send messages to say there is outstanding paper work. I had sent it twice.

The 3rd time I had to send it recorded delivery so they couldn't lie again. They obviously lose it then claim it wasn't sent.

Rang to speak to case manager. Not available. A girl said she could help but clearly not trained.

Asked to speak to main management. Told I cant but they MAY possibly call me within 24 hours if I put in a request.

NEVER use. AVOID.
