“Horrible customer service ”

I placed an order after reviewing the comments left by others, stating it took just minutes to unlock. $30.00 for the unlock, and an unhappy customer (of mine) later I still have no unlock code. Customer service says wait another couple days.
They should deal with my customer for me then, since they're advice is so simple.

Slow. Unreliable.
