What a shame ... the goods this company has to offer are great and good value but delivery is a nightmare. Nearly 3 weeks on and I'm still waiting for the items to be delivered. Customer service is appalling - broken promises to call back, not replying to e-mails with a solution of "items being returned and do you want them reordered?!" Apparently delivery driver unable to find us but strangely enough no missed calls to ask for directions. All I get is ... I understand your problem ... Well really sort it out then which might include changing your delivery company. No-one actually seems to care.
