Just paid for 50 credits - on trying to view newspapers that came up on my search word - they are all blank but uses up my credits. Very complicated site and difficult to be able to contact someone directly. Ended up deleting account after 10 minutes. Be careful to 'find' the page that you can select the 'off' button for renewal otherwise it automatically takes money from your card.
