“The staff I spoke with told me I could pay for my...”

The staff I spoke with told me I could pay for my tickets in instalments via payment to their account, when I asked for the bank details he promised to email them but did not.
When I contacted him again, he denied telling me this and said I had to pay a higher cost for the tickets.

Of course, I am not able to pay the cost, so I am not travelling which is so disappointing for my children.
The colleague who was supposed to "help me" said my deposit could not be refunded.

I would have liked to include the names of the staff who deceived and lied (and are still lying to me) as it is not fair that I have lost my deposit (£150.00) while they are free to keep on cheating innocent people.
