I ordered supplements over the phone (as the online site was "having difficulties") and my credit card was debited and I was given an order number. 2 hours later I received an email saying the order was cancelled and Boots would not provide a reason. I phoned up and was told to check my credit card on Friday to make sure the payment had been refunded. This is not acceptable practice. All checks should be completed prior to taking money from someones account. I will never buy online or on the phone from Boots in future!
