“ABSOLUTELY APPALLING”

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - My MOT expires tomorrow and, weeks ago I booked it in with this company for service and MOT tomorrow. Received a call this morning at 11.30 am saying they had been unable to book it in anywhere but could do it next Tuesday - no good to me as MOT runs out tomorrow. Unapologetic with a couldn't care less attitude. I've yet to hear from them with confirmation of the Tuesday booking but have made my own arrangements. A local garage will pick my car up this afternoon leaving me their car which I can drive. They will do the work then return my vehicle to me tomorrow. Excellent. WILL NEVER USE SERVICING STOP AGAIN.
