Book my car in for a service was quoted £95.37, car was collected and taken to a garage miles away, got a phone call to saying it was going to cost me £660.44 to get my car back ie it was not safe for them to return my car until I agree to the work being carried out and then pay in full before they return the car, paid got the car back two days later my brakes failed, the offside front brake cable had been crushed along with the splash plate behind the calliper, got my car recovered to my local garage to have it repaired, got a shock when told the brake fluid had not been changed was charged by service stop £65.00 on my invoice and if it had been change the pipe would have burst, checked the service stop garage service report that said the brake fluid had not been change, so I called service stop customer support they told me they would contact the garage and email me, they sent me a email telling me as my car was undriveable and quote (Should you wish for me to book your car in with our garage the cost of recovery will be chargeable as well as any additional work that is advised), I again called service stop customer support they where rude and told me they could no longer talk to me as it had been passed to the claims department so I asked to talk to them they said they do not won't to talk to you as they have sent you a email telling you what to do. They are still refusing to talk to me.
