Missed flight from Melbourne due to car breakdown on way to airport. Rebooked for following day at cost of Au$912.00. Supplied all receipts and after an excessive wait received a rejection letter referring me to section B9 which states only covers outward journey from the UK. Note it only covers delay on the outward journey, if travelling by public transport so if travelling by car you are still stuffed! This cover is cheap for the reason it is rubbish. Spend a bit more and avoid this company like the plague!
