“Replacement Hob Glass”

I dropped a heavy object onto my glass Hob, causing it to crack. I spoke to member of staff over the phone, who was very polite and helpful. He had to investigate if the glass could be replaced and the cost. He returned my call within 30 mins of my enquiry and provided all the answers, including a delivery timescale. The part came in earlier than expected. I received call to notify me and an engineer was booked in to replace the part, which was also a great service.

Not only was the service great, but their prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend using Glotech and would certainly use them going forward.
