“worst service ”

I am writing this in rage at the moment. I made a consultation booking on June 4th via email to the person I dealt with who i asked necessary questions about getting vaser lipo done.
I was booked in for the 18th at 4 pm which i made the appointment only to get there and was told the appointment was cancelled. I rang the department and they apologised and rescheduled for the 25th. i explained my disappointment and me having to bring my little child with me , it was all very inconvenient but i still went ahead with the appointment. After having seen the dr on the 25th, i was referred to a lady who i spoke with regarding all my reservations about the process. She explained all she could to me and i agreed to go ahead. She called me back with the prices which were higher than what the first person had quoted.. I raised another alarm to which she said she spoke to someone and they will honor the prices she gave me. From that point on i made a deposit of 500GBP.
I kept calling everyday to find out about the email confirmation to which no one was able to give me a specific answer. I kept thinking maybe they were not happy that they were doing the surgery at a cost lower than they expected and they kept reassuring me that wasnt the case.
Everytime i tried to speak with someone, they will tell me the phone was busy and they will call me back. The person I dealt with finally calls back and i asked about the swabs i was meant to get in the mail to which she told me was necessary to do as they had to make sure i had no infection. She comes back and says the 15th wasn't available again (keep in mind two people had promised they wouldn't cancel the date no matter what).
Instantly i knew this company was fraudulent as they couldnt keep their words from the very beginning. I came in from africa and i had stated that from the very beginning hoping to get enough time to recoup and be healthy.
The moment i started making a fuss, they had the 9th of august available at liverpool and were suggesting to have a driver drive me there. I asked about the swabs and they said it wasn't necessary for me to get that done. This is the same hospital who said i needed to get it done.

I am fully disappointed at the disservice i got based on the fact that i have been insisting on getting necessary information but no one wanted to give me that, now i know why. i need my money back, and simply because of ALL the errors that came from the company, i don't see why that should be a problem.
I have come from far and wide and ild have easily gone somewhere else to get this done. I had seen so many reviews about people saying they are notorious for cancelling but i wanted to give it a chance understanding that human beings will make errors but this is unbefitting.
Pls i need my money back ASAP.]
