“Totally Disgusting Service”

Insured my van with them told them no no claims on my new vehicle, my second which is still insured policy ended in August. Was Told by Simply Insurance no problem with no no claims just tell them when my other van is up and it would be added to the policy at no cost. As i was taking out a fleet policy for both vehicles. Then send them proof of my no claims when the other policy was complete and next year it would be considerably cheaper. Now i am told my policy will be cancelled in 7 days as i have not sent them proof of my nom claims. I have contacted them they have not got back to me as promised Paid a £395 deposit. Terrible Insurance Company. Now i have to take time out to ring them. 4 Times i have tried to contact customer service, everytime i have been kept holding on the phone for over 25 minutes.
