“Expensive with sub-standard quality and service”

Made three orders with Loaf:
1. Mattress and bed: The delivery men couldn't get the mattress up the stairs. They almost gave up and made me do it myself until I specifically instructed them what to do.
2. Wardobe: the delivery men refused to assemble as half the floor space was taken up by an electrician. The door handles broke, I've waited for two weeks so far and still no replacement.
3. After point two I cancelled most of the items on my third order, except for one thing which I couldn't as it was made to order. The item did not arrive on its booked delivery date. I'm yet to see the refund two weeks later.
All this after several emails and calls where I was promised and reassured that something will be done. Seems nothing ever was.
