“Terrible aftersales service.”

Spent almost £12,000 on a kitchen, was supposed to take 2 days but took 4 days, joiners came from Birmingham and I stay in Lanark, company based in Cumbernauld. For the price I paid the quality of the kitchen does not reflect the price, poor, my back door roller blind and kitchen floor linoleum was damaged, phone calls to try and receive compensation for these items was ok for the blind but for £130 for the flooring was not approved, spending almost £12,000 and not getting £130 for an item they had damaged is unacceptable. Once they get the sale, that's it, you are just another victim to greed with any company.
