I booked a non-smoking room at a Hampton Inn but was told when I checked in that all they had was smoking rooms left. I questioned how I was able to book a non-smoking room and they informed me that EXPEDIA grabs whatever rooms are left. When I contacted customer service, they told me they attempted to contact the hotel but no one answers the phone there.....what a joke! It is not the hotels fault, it is EXPEDIA's fault!!
