Used them for the conveyancing on the sale of our house.
This shower of idiots and incompetents beggar belief. Absolutely useless in every way imaginable. We lost our sale when our buyers pulled out as a direct result of their incompetence and failure to deal with anything whatsoever in anything approaching a timely manner. Ignored emails, phone messages and queries from us and the buyers Solicitors, lied about calling back, rude and abrupt, wouldn't speak to our Estate Agents at all,the list goes on. How these twerps are still in business is beyond me. If this lot are involved in any property chain you're involved in, I recommend you withdraw until they are replaced. If you don't, you risk ulcers, a nervous breakdown, high blood pressure and financial losses along with having no chance whatsoever of getting the transaction completed. I just cannot stress enough how useless they are on every level.
9 days ago I asked for return of original documents from failed sale - still waiting, surprise surprise, so even after you ditch them you still get to suffer from their truly appalling service.
