Having had a lumpy relationship with pet plan for the past couple of years, when it came to needing pet cover I found pet plan to be evasive. Having just called in to ask a question the operator was not ready to take my call, hurried to put her headset on and answered the phone "hello?" which was somewhat lacking in professionalism. My question was surrounding having to be my beloved dog to sleep and to check what I needed to do regarding pet plan. She told me that the company does not cover it, which itself I have no problem with but the call handler obviously has better things to be getting on with instead of dealing with phone calls. I'm glad to say that leaving petplan for cover of my 3 pets is the best thing I could have done, and would advise anyone thinking of taking out a policy to go elsewhere.
