Firstly MCE thank you for the opportunity for this review. Today l had an excellent discussion with a member of your staff . She was very professional ,spoke clearly ,polite and understanding regarding my inquiry. The person I dealt with also explained and assured me that I would receive my policy today and that this is due to change regarding not being sent by post and from the foreseeable future will now be done through email . Thank you and l will be recommending MCE to fellow biker's . Kind regards
