“First time not been happy with TR!!”

I've booked with TR many times before & have always been happy with it but this time they let me down when we walked into our hotel room it wasn't what we expected not the photo pictures that TR were advertising as superior bungalows they were awful & we were deeply disappointed which has put me off using TR again!! Luckily for us the hotel reception staff couldn't have been more helpful & sympathetic that they moved us the following day into a room we were expecting from the photos & description you had advertised!! Not impressed 1 very unhappy customer!!!
