“purchased and had to resell”

purchased tickets at a cost of 128ea..had to resell two months after due to ill health, sold them for 85ea, viagogo wont release my funds until 8 days after the event in November (nearly 3 months away)

Really annoying as I purchased from a viagogo member, then sold to another viagogo member, so in effect they have had at least 3 payments now for one pair of tickets, and wont release my money. Just a scheme to keep hold of your money and earn the intrest.

Not a good sales platform (if your using it for that reason), as your cash is tied up, plus customer service is non existent, you are sent around in a circle with online questions asking which department you want, but you will never be treated to a number, its like a maze, and at the end you confronted by a questionnaire, asking how satisfied you are,,,!! very annoying.
